Shipping policy

For deliveries outside of Jamaica, it is possible for our Ivory Butter to melt in transit due to the warm weather climate of Jamaica. The volume of Ivory Butter may reduce and the contents may melt completely and liquidise. Please be assured that the quality of Butter will not change but as it solidifies, the texture may change & contents appear to be less. To solidify melted Ivory Butter, place in the fridge for up to 10 minutes and then leave at room temperature.

Please order items to an address where products will not be exposed to heat for a long period time. Do not leave items under the sun, in very hot places, cars, outside or in gatehouses.

-We will do our best to preserve items as they make their way to you.

-We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.

In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled or modified.
